Mars Attacks Mini Movie & 12” Single
New York City is under attack from unfriendly martian invaders in the new Cargo Industries mini movie ‘Mars Attacks’ - Stakka Remix. The video combines a 50s sci-fi world with 21st century Drum & Bass and comes complete with stunning visual effects. Watch as the fiendish beings crush everything in their wake and turn horrified New Yorkers into brain dead zombies. The 2006 remix of Stakka & Hochi’s collaboration ‘Mars Attacks’ put’s the original vibe into a new orbit and coupled with sound system destroyer ‘Heatrock’ it is set to do big things as the first release with Cargo’s new distributor Nu-Urban Music. The mini movie is the brain child of directors Dominic Lahiff and G M D THREE. Dominic Lahiff is a London born, New York based director who believes strongly in the story telling potential of Drum & Bass. G M D THREE is a director and designer running a collaborative design and animation studio based in the heart of New York City's Chinatown.

Ror-Shak
Ror-Shak is the collaboration between DB & Stakka which can only be described as a musical hybrid using the favourite parts of their favourite genres. The debut CD release for ‘Deep’ will be in the spring 2006 for the US.

Underfire – Stakka & Skynet
Underfire Recordings is back for 2006!
With UDFR020 Stakka & Skynet revist some of their favourite tracks and give them the 2006 treatment. First up is ‘Nightlore’ and ‘Timelines’ from the Clockwork LP. Coming on promo in February, check DOA to hear about it first!
For all of you Audio Blueprint fans – you could well see some remixes appearing on Underfire in the coming months.

Keys to New York
Also coming on Cargo Industries in the spring is the Keys to New York compilation CD. The series will be high quality budget mix CD’s. The mix is a selection of 12 Drum & Bass slammers presented in a tight and diverse mix by DJ Stakka. Tracks included are from Stakka, The Militia, Gridlok, Noisia feat. Milo & Prolix, Hochi, Infiltrata and previously unrealsed material. You can hear a preview of the mix on the Cargo Website.
The CD will be in the stores in April 2006.
